Our Price Match commitment:
If within seven days of making a purchase from us you find another Authorised UK Dermalogica online stockist (based in the UK), selling the identical product/s they have in stock, lower than the price you have paid at skincaredirect2u - we will match that price. The product/s must not be part of a special promotion.
If you find such a cheaper product please Contact Us within seven days listing the following:
Your skincaredirect2u order number
The web address (URL) of the site containing the cheaper product
The product, size and price of the cheaper product
Returns
Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to change your mind and cancel an order within seven working days. If you do decide to cancel, then you should put this in writing, by letter, fax or email.
When making a return please clearly mark the package RETURNS and send the item back to using recorded delivery:

Please include your details and the reason for the return and ensure that any returned goods are properly packaged to avoid breakages. It is advisable to obtain proof of postage. We will refund your purchase within twenty working days of receiving the goods. Returns postage will not be refunded.

Delivery is by Royal Mail or Express Courier. A signature may be required.

below £75 a flat rate of £2.50 is charged.
